Service & Maintenance

The best way to ensure that your elevator functions properly is to have it serviced regularly. Much like a car it needs to be checked on to ensure that it is being taken care of. We service all types of elevators, stair chairs, platform lifts. It is recommended that the elevator be serviced at least twice a year at the minimum.

We offer 2 different types of maintenance agreements.. One is the Examination and Lubrication Agreement which includes GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE levels of Maintenance.  The GOLD level includes 4 visits per year, SILVER includes 2 visits per year and BRONZE includes 1 visit per year.  These visits are standard routine maintenance to check floor levels, interlocks, gate operators, hydraulic fluid (if necessary).

We also offer another type of maintenance agreement which is our PLATINUM level.  The PLATINUM Maintenance Agreement includes callbacks during normal working hours and we become responsible for replacement of parts if they become defective.
